Any change in the specifications other than what is agreed by both
parties in the construction agreement will form the basis for an
increase or decrease in agreed rates.
• Any Masonry or architectural change will be changed accordingly.
Architectural changes should be approved by our in house
architects.
• In case of any increase in rates due to a change in technical
specifications, the same shall be paid before taking up work.
• Any decrease in cost due to a change in specifications the same
shall be adjusted in the relevant stage of the payment.
